Zipcar Flex
Overview:
Zipcar wanted to launch a new service called Zipcar Flex for a limited number of users. They asked us to create a set of configurable components that can be re-used for other Zipcar sites. We went above and beyond when creating these components, by making them engaging, adaptable, and user friendly.

My role:
As a senior user experience designer I worked with visual designers, technologists, business analysts, and the clients to create user flows, a detailed sitemap, design the wireframes and component library, and present deliverables to the clients.

Below is a sample of some final wireframes. More work on this project is available upon request.
Benefits of Zipcar Flex
We’ve created an interactive experience for users to understand the benefits of Zipcar flex and different types of trips they can take. Incorporating real life experiences and the use of emoji's helped us make it more personable and relatable for our users.
A simpler way to display plans
We created a visual identity for the London plans so the user can easily compare the differences of each plan at a high level enabling them to make the best decision.
An interactive Trip Calculator
We created an interactive calculator so the users can estimate exactly how much each trip will cost. Additionally, we added categories for each vehicle type so users can understand and compare rates for the different plans.
